Refund policy
Return Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts for 14 days, starting from the day the package is delivered to customer. Please initiate any return requests within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Late Returns: Returns shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return label and the shipping cost back to the original dispatch address.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you encounter any defective or wrong shipped items, please use the Returns portal located in the Orders section of your customer’s dashboard. We will provide a return label for you to ship the defective/wrong item back to us.
Customer Dissatisfaction Returns: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction should be shipped back at the customer’s expense and with an active tracking number. Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We do not accept returns shipped via local Postal Services due to long delivery times, and any such packages will be rejected.
Customs Charges: For returns with customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for covering those costs. If a customer’s return includes customs charges, these must be paid first before we can proceed with the refund of the returned item/s. To expedite the refund process, we recommend selecting the option of the sender paying for all customs duties.
Return Conditions: All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be made within 14 business days after receiving and approving the returns.
Refunds will be issued by the same method selected by the customer (credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay) and requests to use other methods will not be allowed under any circumstances.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Declined Returns: In the event of declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the buyer, and any additional shipping charges will be borne by them.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
